Sarangani Highlands Garden and Restaurant in Gensan

Sarangani Highlands Garden is one of the most recommended place to stay and dine while in General Santos City. It is located at Purok Wal, Brgy. Tambler some 15-20 minutes away from the city proper and  about 10 minutes away from the airport. The setting as the name suggests is up on the hill overlooking Sarangani Bay and you get at a magnificent view of the whole area especially on a good day. (makikita mo talaga yung asul na karagatan) The setting seems to get better every time I visit the place, much of the furniture is drift wood and the owners seem to like Bonsai and cactus as there are many of these items all over the place. The food is pretty good as they serve lots of more local foods. Worth a visit if you are in the area!
